WHOLESALE SALES PROCEDURES

Nexus Building Supplies Inc. is a Canadian owned company that operates on a wholesale sales and supply platform for its registered dealers only. Customer versions of our catalogs are listed online for viewing purposes however Nexus will under no circumstance sell directly to the public at this time. We appreciate your inquiries and interest in our product lines however to obtain pricing for all of our listed products the customer (end user) will need to contact a listed registered dealer for pricing information. Please be advised prices are listed in our dealer section and do not include freight or taxes.

SHIPPING POLICY

Freight

Pricing listed on our website are listed as F.O.B. from Nexus Building Supplies Inc. central location of Penticton, BC. at this time. Shipping fees charged to Nexus from time of order will be charged to the customer unless prior arrangement has been made and falls under the description of our volume program where shipping is included. Volume ordering is defined as meeting the MOQ requirements set by Nexus on our products and may be combined or altered as approved by Nexus Building Supplies Inc.

Product Delivery

Product ordered that are in stock will be shipped with 3 days of ordering however volume orders, and or products not in stock may need additional time up to six weeks. Ordering times will be identified upon the placement of orders and Nexus will make every attempt to meet or improve the shipping times arranged.

Damages

Nexus takes every precaution to ensure your product arrives in excellent condition. Nexus will ensure that upon ordering the product will be 100% free of defects. Nexus will not be held responsible for damaged goods as a result of carrier damages or defects. Any and all damages due to shipping will be taken up with the carrier in charge of delivering the items and not under any circumstance with Nexus Building Supplies Inc. Customers are required to examine all products and or merchandise for damage, shortage, or breakage, and must refuse shipment or file a claim with the carrier for compensation.

PAYMENT TERMS

Nexus Building Supplies Inc. will accept the following forms of payment from approved and registered Nexus product dealers.

  • Cash
  • Cheques
  • VISA or Mastercard
    Subject to a 2% service fee and a signed CC authorization form.
  • On Account
    For dealers that qualify for net 30 terms with approved credit and requires completed and accepted form submissions before qualification. For customers with established credit with Nexus payment terms are net 30 days from the date of shipment or pickup. Nexus shall have the right of set‐off and deduction for any sums owed. If customer fails to make payment within thirty (30) days, Nexus may defer shipments until such payment is made, or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of unshipped order.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted on or before 30 days after purchase. A stocking fee of 25% will be charged upon acceptance and proof that goods are in 100% saleable condition and are with any and all defects. Items must be in their original packaging and approved by Nexus to be in such acceptable condition before a refund will be issued. Shipping charges are non refundable and special order items and or products are not at any time subject to any form of return or refund.

NEXUS LIMITED WARRANTY

Nexus Building Supplies Inc. products are warranted by Nexus to our dealers and customers for one year after the original date of purchase. Warranty covers against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for this time period. Nexus reserves the right to determine if products will be accepted under warranty and whether they will be repaired, replaced, or refunded under its limited warranty.

DISCLAIMER

The buyers will agree upon order placement that Nexus Building Supplies Inc. will under no circumstance be held liable for any form of damages of any nature or type when products are ordered and purchased. Upon purchase of all Nexus products the buyers/customer assume all responsibility and or liabilities that may arise from use or misuse of Nexus products. At time of purchase it is understood that the buyer and its customers will then hold Nexus free of all charges, liabilities, and claims will not sue Nexus Building Supplies Inc, its owners, directors, or share holders for any damages whatsoever including but not limited to financial loss, injury, or loss of life.
